A story on a father and daughter’s hardwork to wash cars went viral after a netizen posted their story on Facebook.
In a posting by Adi W. Kamal on his profile, a student, Shariminy, 12, offered to wash his car at a parking in Section 9, Shah Alam.
The student clad in her school pinafore, is helping her father, Sukumaran Sanmugam to get customers.
According to portal, Mstar, the Sekolah Jenis Kebangsaan Tamil Ladang Midlands Seksyen 7, Shah Alam student, had been helping her father since he had an accident two years ago.
“As the eldest of two, I want to help my father. After he was the car, I can wipe the car clean. Later in the evening i can go home and do my homework,” the girl said.
Sukumaran from Padang Jawa, added by washing cars he would be able to garner around RM20 per day. Or RM70 if its his lucky day.
The viral story had received response from netizens where the father-daughter duo has been seen in the Shah Alam area offering car washing services.
Sukumaran were seen to be carrying a bucket filled with water and a cloth to wash cars.
Adi in his posting, did not wash his cars but offered to give cash instead.
